Wherever possible, we only use aggregated insights so that learnings are applied across the product rather than tied to a single customer.

Model training never targets secrets or payloads you designate as sensitive. Please avoid placing secrets inside loop YAML or support tickets. If sensitive information is captured, contact us so we can purge it from our systems and downstream datasets.

You may opt out of analytics or model-training uses for your account by reaching out through the contact pageor posting in the Discord #support channel. We review every request within 30 days and document approved opt-outs in our processing log.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
